Board of Directors

For each Kiwanis fiscal year (October 1-September 30), a Board of Directors is elected to oversee the administration of the Foundation. The board's responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of the mission, vision and values
  • Development and implementation of a strategic plan
  • Financial oversight and governance
  • Directing the Foundation's financial growth
  • Directing the distribution of funds to impact the needs of Bradenton area

Foundation board member Betsy Benac presents the Bert South Philanthropic Award to Herb Moller. The award is presented annually to an individual who best represents the Foundation’s philanthropic values.
